Cross Fit & Bootcamp Training (Low Cost $)

What is Cross Fit?
Cross Fit maintains that proficiency is required in each of 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.  It increases work capacity and speed in these domains by provoking neurological and hormonal adaptations across all metabolic pathways. The program's weightlifting component includes complex, compound movements with heavy loads. Cross Fit also uses kettle bells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars and many calisthenics exercises. Our Cross Fit may call on athletes to run, row, climb ropes, jump up on boxes, flip giant tires, and carry odd objects. We also bounce medicine balls against the floor or a target on a wall.
This style training is different from the gym setting; we do this program around Greenville, NC at various parks and locations.  Are you tired are tired of the same old routine in the GYM?
Cross Fit workouts typically call for athletes to work hard and fast, often with no rest.
Cross Fit adaptations include programs tailored for children, seniors, football players, military special forces candidates, tri-athletes and martial artists.

Baseball Elite Training

Nutrition & Supplementation

At Pro Fitness Training, we do not only train you but we also educate you.   Exercise is definitely important for burning calories and keeping your vital organs healthy but almost up to 80% of your fitness achievements come from what you eat. It’s all about discipline! 
We formulate a customized eating plan combined with fitness activity just for you to achieve a healthy body weight and maintain it. (Note: Trainers on staff are not Registered Dieticians but  we give a suggestive meal plan for optimal fat loss) But we work with Registered Dieticians if client would like one.
There are so many sports nutrition supplements out there these days which is a million dollar industry.  We can educate you on various options for needs and goals!
In order to monitor your progress, a comprehensive body composition assessment will be performed – these include the following:
* Body fat test - to determine your lean body mass and to know how much body fat you   have and how much you need to lose
* Circumference measurements – to determine your total inches
