A fitness boot camp is type of indoor/outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. Boot camps are fun and can allow you to burn 1000 calories at a time which will allow you to burn fat like a machine!

*Saturday Morning Boot camps are welcomed for all new clients and visitors from other gyms who want to get a great workout in over the weekend and who may be extremely busy during the week.

This particular camp is designed for the person who is at an elite fitness level and is coed. This class will test your endurance, strength and will to the very max!
